Aramark Dining Services is a Preferred Partner of Eastern Kentucky University and provides full service catering to the Campus Community.  They will also assist in coordinating room reservations, menu selection, linen and other items necessary to make your event a success. Outside Catering: Eastern Kentucky University understands from time to time the schedule and/or volume of requests of Dining Services may require the assistance of outside caterers. Given the risks inherent in serving food and beverages on the University campus, Departments should contact Procurement prior to securing food services for University-sponsored programs and events.  Please contact the Procurement Department at adm.purchasing@eku.edu for additional information.

Note: Food trucks or any vendor serving food on campus from a vehicle must have a completed Food Vendor External Agreement, certificate of insurance (showing proof of general liability, workers compensation, and automobile liability insurance coverages), and food truck permit on file with University Procurement prior to event.  Due to the level of risk, any food truck vendor that does not carry workers compensation insurance coverage is not permitted on campus.  Please email all forms to adm.purchasing@eku.edu prior to event.

The purchasing of food and alcohol must comply with all Eastern Kentucky University policies and procedures.
